Fulfillment & Shipping We are pleased to offer shipping exclusively within Canada via UPS.

Once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for our team to carefully prepare and fulfill your items. This timeframe is in addition to the standard shipping transit time provided by UPS.

Damages & Insurance We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, we are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during transit.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will be able to view these costs before finalizing your purchase.

RETURN POLICY

STANDARD LOCAL DELIVERY - $100

We offer local delivery services for orders within the Greater Victoria Area.

Our standard delivery service provides convenient curb-side drop-off. Your order will be carefully delivered and placed just outside the main entrance of your home or building.

  • Surcharge for Oversized Items: A $50 CAD surcharge will be applied to all oversized items, defined as any single piece over 8 feet in length or over 250 lbs in weight.

  • Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are scheduled on weekdays, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. We will contact you ahead of time.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY - $200

For a premium, full-service experience, we invite you to opt for our White Glove Delivery. This service is designed to provide you with the highest level of care, including placement of your items in your desired location, unboxing, and removal of all packaging materials.

  • Surcharge for Oversized Items: A $150 surcharge will be applied to all oversized items, defined as any single piece over 8 feet in length or over 250 lbs in weight.

  • Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are scheduled on weekdays, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. We will contact you ahead of time.

PICK UP HOURS:

Wednesdays, Thurdays, Fridays between11:00am & 5:00pm

Saturday, Sundays: between10:00am & 6:00pm

Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our collection, we do not offer refunds.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may exchange it for a store credit within 7 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in excellent, unused condition and have all original tags attached. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item shows signs of wear or damage.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
